Hadfield installs all major boiler brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, and Ideal. All installs include a full system flush, new controls, and 12-month workmanship guarantee. Installations typically take 1–2 days. A free home survey is required before pricing. All installers are Gas Safe registered.

Full bathroom fitting including sanitaryware supply and fit, tiling, and wet room installation. Prices start from £1,200 for a basic suite. A site visit is required for accurate quotes. Project timeline is typically 3–5 days for a standard bathroom.

All prices are guide prices only. Final pricing is subject to a site survey for major works. Call-out and diagnostic fees apply for repair work. Boiler services are fixed at £75 and include a full safety inspection. No hidden charges — full quote in writing before any work starts.

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Customers can verify registration on the Gas Safe Register website. Registration details are provided in all quotes and invoices. Hadfield does not use subcontractors for gas work — all gas engineers are direct employees.

If you have a complaint, please contact us directly within 14 days. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 1 business day and resolve within 5 business days. For gas safety concerns, contact the Gas Safe Register or the Health and Safety Executive directly.

Hadfield primarily serves the CH65 postcode area (Ellesmere Port) and surrounding areas including Neston, Willaston, Hooton, and Little Sutton. Travel charges may apply for locations more than 15 miles from Ellesmere Port. Call to confirm coverage for your address.

Emergency callouts from £95 + parts. Available Mon–Fri during business hours. For gas leaks, call 0800 111 999 (National Gas Emergency) immediately and leave the property. Hadfield does NOT provide 24/7 out-of-hours cover — existing customers only for after-hours emergencies.

Payment is due on completion for all standard work. For larger projects (£500+), a 25% deposit is required at booking. We accept BACS bank transfer, debit/credit card, and cash. We do not accept cheques. Invoices are sent by email same day as completion.
